Cancellation Policy
We ask that you arrive on time so we can provide you with exceptional service! We allow a 10 minute grace period. Anything after 10 minutes will result in a cancellation and the card on file will be charged 100% of the service booked. We allow a 24 hour grace period to cancel/reschedule your appointment. If you do not cancel within the provided time frame, the card on file will be charged 100% of the service. In the event you no show or do not abide by our policy, you will be charged 100% of the service booked & will be banned from booking with us in the future. Mask are required for every appointment.
